Shipping Policy: Most items may be shipped via US Priority Mail, FedEx Ground/Home, or UPS Ground. Our current Free shipping policy applies to orders with a value of $199.99 and over, shipping to addresses in the United States Rates. Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii may include a surcharge fee. Orders under $199.98 will be calculated based on UPS Ground rates. We currently do not offer Freight services as shipping methods.
Free Shipping: It is our discretion to ship the most economical way. This could be USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Unless otherwise informed, you can expect delivery of your order within 3-8 business days. Returned “Undelivered”: If a package is returned “undeliverable” and the address that was given on the order was put on the shipping label as given, PerformanceGadgetStore.com will not be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will be happy to help you figure out why it was not delivered as requested, but as the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of the reshipping and will not receive a refund if you decide to cancel the order.
Tracking Your Package: By providing an email address at the time of your order, will ensure you are notified when your package has shipped. You will receive the notice via the shipping method, either directly from the USPS, FedEx, or UPS websites. If the item must be drop-shipped from a different location, you will receive an email from PerformanceGadgetStore.com notifying you of the shipping method and tracking.
Package Inspection: PerformanceGadgetStore.com strives to send out quality and correct items. We sell “new” items. When you receive your package we ask that you inspect the items for accuracy within 2 days of receiving the package. If we have made a mistake, we will gladly replace the item or ship what was missing. If the incorrect item was ordered, we will gladly exchange the item. For exchanges, please see our “returns” page for details. If the package was damaged upon receipt, we ask that you keep all the original packaging and make a note with your carrier at the time of delivery. Please inspect the items for any damage and contact PerformanceGadgetStore.com within 24 hours of delivery.
International Shipping: All International order shipping charges are only an estimate. Actual shipping charges are calculated once the order has been properly packaged for the journey and weighed. Although the site calculates a shipping amount when the order is placed, there are times, depending on the country of destination, that additional shipping charges are needed. We strive to find the best and least expensive method available and do apologize in advance for times when we must ask for additional fees to cover the shipping costs. These additional fees are not automatically charged to your card as our PCI compliance guidelines prohibit our system from keeping your credit card number once your order has been placed. At this point, we calculate any additional charges that may be needed we will, in turn, send you an email explaining the costs. Once we have done this, we will then send by email an invoice through PayPal for the additional fees. For those customers who do not use or have a PayPal account, PayPal offers the ability to pay with a regular credit card, just follow the prompts. So please make sure your email address is input correctly when placing your order should we need to contact you. Please note that your order cannot be shipped unless the additional fees are received.
